Amazon.com: Books: After Lucy: "Hardcover: 224 pages
Publisher: Robert Hale Ltd; (October 2003)
ISBN: 070907431X "

I realy enjoyed this book by Brenda Langmead
and I think it would make a great film in the British style of "Cathy Come Home".

Brenda has 11 other published novels and her prose is flowing and readable. Her characters are believable people all typical of the English Midlands.

"After Lucy" won the Lichfield Prize in 2001
and is a good, if serious read.
